Up, up, up and up ... in front support for a super strong core

  • Move the books from the pile under your hands: 1 by 1, to the right – to the left...

  • How many books did you move? Beat your score the next time


Set up a pile of books in front of you. Get into a front support with your body in a straight line, squeezing your ankles together and pushing your chest in. With your right hand, move one book from the pile and place it under your right hand. Then, grab another book with your left hand and move it under your left hand. Repeat... How many books can you move while maintaining good form? Want to make it more challenging? Add a push-up each time you have moved a book. I did 14 books. Share your best score in the comments
